About Teresa

Having spent the majority of her life involved with agricultural and livestock endeavors, Teresa Dietrichagent_photo is knowledgeable about the needs and wants of equestrian as well as homestead farm and gardening enthusiasts. Teresa moved with her family to Nevada County over12 years ago from the Mariposa/Yosemite area.

“We looked at several areas in Northern California; we chose Nevada County because of the quality of life and sense of community that it offers. I had a lot of trouble finding an agent who understood my needs as an animal owner and parent of school age children which is one of the reasons I decided to make real estate my career. I provide my clients with information and service that enables them to make an educated decision in buying or selling property. I enjoy working closely with people and helping them make their dreams of property ownership come true whether that dream is a starter home, bare land to build on, a home in a gated community or a large farm. My goal is to make the process fun and as stress free as possible. I feel that by incorporating my farm values, ethics and work habits into my career I can offer my clients a fresh perspective and a high quality of service. My clients and I become so close that we usually stay in touch after the transaction is completed.”

Teresa is a California Native who grew up on a commercial farm in the Santa Cruz area where most of her family still reside. Besides real estate and agriculture, Teresa has a background in agri-business, advertising, folk art, cosmetology and theater. She is a past Director of the local Board of Realtors, active with the Yuba Sutter Real Estate Committee, active with Nevada County Horsemen Inc., and Penn Valley Rodeo Association as well as a supporter of the Junior Livestock Auction at the Nevada County Fair.

Teresa was the Nevada County Board of Realtors 2001 Realtor Associate of the Year, certificated to Mediate through CAR & Pepperdine and is a member of Nevada County, Sutter-Yuba and Placer County Association of Realtors.
