In Nevada County, this is especially welcome as funds may apply to Lake Wildwood and Lake of The Pines, both of which are popular with first time home buyers due to the amenities of the gated subdivisions.
Your REALTOR® will need to help you fill out application and certification forms along with the rules and regulations forms in order for you to be eligible for this wonderful grant program.
This program is just one more example of how local and state REALTORS are making a difference for home buyers sellers. The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Housing Affordability Fund plays an active role in addressing the ongoing housing affordability crisis facing our state.
