1. The state or quality of being resolute; firm determination.
2. A resolving to do something.
3. A course of action determined or decided on.
In 2014 I resolved not to make resolutions! Instead I made realistic goals ………..a realistic goal is one that you are both willing and able to work towards; any other type of goal is just setting yourself up for defeat.
Remember, this year as you make resolutions or goals to use the SMART method of goal planning:
S – specific
A – attainable
R – realistic
T – timely
